The Role
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Strategic business leader who deeply understands driving culture shifts to have a multiplier impact on people and business outcomes.
- Design, develop and implement culture change strategies and practices that will attract, engage and retain employees and build upon a high-performance culture
- Experienced leadership influencer who builds strong relationships across the business and with cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with business leaders in each functional area to ensure each team’s organizational culture and ways of working observably demonstrate our values and leadership behaviors
- Advise business leaders on proactively managing stakeholders, including anticipating and mitigating risks and issues, navigating stakeholder interests/conflicts and prioritization, and facilitating adoption of culture change strategies
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with key stakeholder groups to identify success stories of Kyndryl’s lived culture and identify areas of opportunity for culture transformation
- Creative thinker who wants to innovate, coach and mentor for growth
- Provide active thought leadership for the organizational culture change enablement strategy, design, and programming; bring innovative, cutting-edge approaches that go beyond the “typical” methodologies for culture change execution
- Highly disciplined and accountable doer with a strong bias towards action
- Support and/or lead ad hoc project teams as required
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $185,650 to $371,300 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Who You Are
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
Must have experience in:
- BA / BSc plus at least 10 years successful experience business, behavioral psychology, organizational design or culture change management and stakeholder / community engagement, or related field or comparable experience; Masters’ degree preferred
- Certified Organization Change Management practitioner
- Demonstrated leadership of culture transformation initiatives working with key leaders in large, matrix management organizations
- Relationship and stakeholder management to manage conflict, build relationships with all levels of a global enterprise
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to create and communicate compelling messages to various stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and respectfully interact with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels of a global enterprise
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Enjoy collaborating and succeeding in fast-paced environments
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject area
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity and uncertainty
- Worked with or within functions such as finance, procurement, or operations in large corporate or consulting
- Experience of collaboration tools and digital platforms (such as the MS 365 suite)
- Ability and willingness to rapidly develop skills, while operating in a fast-paced environment
