Commercially responsible for single Global Key Client

Year over Year Global Growth – Ocean volume and Logistics & Services GP
Strategy
- Detailed understanding of the customer’s supply chain strategy and needs
- Understanding of our position vs the competitors’ landscape
- Develop a joint strategic roadmap with the customer and CPD (Client Program Director)
- Develop strong network with key customer’s stakeholders
- Develop Maersk value propositions with the customer
- Provide input to Global product teams and Verticals on value propositions
- Drive inspired Account Team culture with a customer identity (Account Management of the Future)
Customer Satisfaction
- Organize and connect the global Maersk team across functions, products and area for overall customer experience
Selling
- Lead opportunities identification in accordance with the roadmap
- Lead sales pursuits (especially Global opportunities) as per defined sales process
- Ensure that Value Propositions are tailor made to customer needs
Accountable for
- Global revenue growth
- Successful tender/RFQ handling
- Share of Wallet across all products and geographies
- Global profit margin optimization
- Global contract fulfillment
- Overall customer NPS
- Account plan development and execution
Delivering
- Align and Agree on KPI and SLA in partnership with your dedicated Client Program Director
- Monitor and support contract fulfillment and commitment
- Ensure the overall account team is compliant with NNC guidelines
Critical competencies
- Specialized knowledge of the relevant Vertical Industry
- Able to Identify opportunities for strategic partnership
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, ability to direct and drive global team strategy
- A Sales professional with a proven track record of targeting, pursuing and
winning large scale opportunities
- A professional used to liaise with C Level management
- Significant experience in International Supply Chain
- Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and
influencing skills
