Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Virtual Recruitment Officer to specialize in sourcing and recruiting brokers across NY, PA, DC, MD, and VA. This role will focus on identifying top brokerage talent, managing pipelines, and building relationships to ensure high-quality placements that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Broker Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified brokers in the targeted states, utilizing various channels, databases, and networking methods.
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with brokers, understanding their career objectives and aligning them with business needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to fill ongoing and future recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure a strong alignment of qualifications, skills, and fit for client needs.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report recruitment activities, providing data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing for broker roles or within related industries.
  • Knowledge of Regions: Familiarity with the brokerage landscape in NY, PA, DC, MD, and VA.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage candidates and maintain professional rapport.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret recruitment data, metrics, and trends to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Self-Starter: Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
