Social Media Marketing, Appointment Setter, and Billing VA

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to handle social media marketing, appointment setting, and billing tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, experience in digital marketing, and a keen eye for detail in managing appointments and billing processes. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and create content for company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Schedule and post content, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide reports on performance.
  • Assist in running paid ad campaigns and promotions.

Appointment Setting:

  • Reach out to potential clients/customers via calls, emails, and direct messages.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives or service providers.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm or reschedule appointments.

Billing & Administrative Support:

  • Process invoices, payments, and track financial transactions.
  • Verify and follow up on outstanding payments or claims.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients or insurance providers (if applicable) to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Proficiency in billing software or accounting tools (QuickBooks, Stripe, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot, or similar).

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Appointment Setter, or Billing Specialist.
  • Familiarity with [industry-specific billing practices, if applicable].
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media best practices.
