Quickbase is seeking a Global Paid Search Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing paid search strategies to drive demand, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI. You, ideally, have an appreciation for the details, a love of data, and enjoys having hands on the keys to execute strategy in platform. Sound like you? Let’s talk!


In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive paid search strategies to drive qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and achieve business objectives

  • Managing overall paid search budgets against quarterly conversion goals and pacing

  • Optimizing campaigns through ad copy creation and collaborating with our CRO manager on landing pages that align with search intent

  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and bidding strategies for maximum ROI

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve click-through rates (CTRs), and increase conversion rates

  • Utilizing analytics tools and platforms to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement

  • Communicating across the department learnings, areas of opportunity, and overall recommendations for increased performance


The key focuses in this role:

  • 3+ years proven experience managing paid search campaigns in platform; ideally in a SaaS business

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, recognize trends, and derive actionable insights for increased ROI

  • Proficient in leveraging analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tableau, PowerBI, and SFDC

  • Experience with keyword research, A/B testing, and optimization techniques to drive relevant traffic and maximize conversions

  • Positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly based on market and business needs

  • Great attention to detail, time management, and organization skills

  • Lead with empathy, compassion, and an overall “win together” attitude
