About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Global Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team. In this role, you will develop an in-depth market and customer understanding and create an ongoing global sales and market growth strategy. You will lead our global sales, marketing and market development teams and drive initiatives to profitably grow sales and identify and build our market presence in the global pharmaceutical, bioprocessing, and medical device manufacturing markets. Gore PharmBIO Business Unit is committed to satisfying the current and future needs of the highly regulated industries we serve. Our material science technologies and business capabilities are uniquely focused on meeting the evolving and demanding product and regulatory needs of pharmaceutical and bioprocessing customers and medical device manufacturers.
This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at a US East facility (Newark, Delaware or Elkton, Maryland) or US West facility (Flagstaff or Phoenix, Arizona), hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

To minimize disruption to the business, while supporting growth and development, Associates are expected to fulfill a minimum of 2 years in commitment before applying to another internal commitment. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved.
Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
