In close alignment with ECMS’ vision and broader financial and corporate goals, the Global Transformation Specialist will work across several teams and business functions to impact productivity, drive strategic initiatives, and communicate objectives across the global business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with an added focus on analysis, executive-level support, and interdepartmental collaboration.
In this role you will
- Act as trusted advisor to the head of the Mobile Emissions transformation and management team
- Partner with Senior Leadership and department heads to ensure successful execution of strategic business initiatives
- Facilitate effective decision-making while synthesizing information and feedback for quick decision making
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Track progress of goals and KPIs identify areas of improvement
- Ensure effective and efficient information flow and decision-making processes
- Maintain ownership for select digital tools/platforms used by all in the global business
- Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis and reporting
- Gather requirements then design and develop automated reports and analyses
- Support process improvement and project management engagements for both individual business units and cross-divisional initiatives
- Demonstrate presence, credibility, integrity, and trustworthiness in highly confidential situations
- Promote and drive a culture of diversity, inclusivity, equity, and safety for those in and outside of your direct business dealings.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Your formula for success……
- BS/BA degree required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in functional PMO, consulting, or analyst position preferred with increasing responsibility and results achieved over time
- Project management experience including project coordination, budget management, data analysis and strong decision-making skills
- Excellence in structured thinking with superior analytical capabilities (quantitative and qualitative)
- Ability to execute multiple parallel assignments in a high-quality manner while hitting deadlines
- Strong work ethic with a passion for information and attention to detail
- A strong sense of ownership and passion for driving to results is essential
- Impeccable managerial, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Effective, versatile, and action-oriented
- Mastery of goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs and KPI management.
- Fluency in project delivery methodologies like agile.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Some domestic and international business travel may be required, up to 20%
