Summary of Role:
Glo balFoundries seeks an entry-level Accounts Payable Analyst to work within a global team to help drive timely invoice processing and on-time vendor payments. Complete a variety of routine projects, assignments and tasks. Apply, analyze and interpret procedures within functional area. Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Works proactively on problems within a limited scope
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepares, records, verifies and pays vendor invoices for goods and services on a timely basis and responds to vendor queries
- Maintains, analyzes and reconciles accounts payable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports
- Develops, directs, plans and evaluates accounts payable and procedures, and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to
- May process employee expenses reimbursement requests for payment
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:
Education – Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited degree program .
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across global locations in matrix role and build effective cross-functional relationships at multiple levels.

Expected Salary Range
$44,100.00 - $78,800.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
