Senior User Interface Designer

Job Responsibilities- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design- Has designed and shipped a few consumer-facing mobile apps before- Has designed and shipped a few business-facing apps before- Skilled in working with Material Design for the web before- Has worked as both an interaction (UX) and visual (UI) design- Has worked as a designer in consultancy before- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD- Experience with Zeplin developer handover tool- Experience working with developers to implement designs made - Have exposure to accessibility for design- Nice to have: experience in the medical industry /healthcare sectorQualifications• Your primary responsibilities are user experience design, user interface design, and visual design. Our agile team values mutual respect and trust, support of one another, and fun while delivering compelling and quality products.• Collaborate with the team to translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into viable solutions• Develop a deep understanding of the existing product, the customer journey, and the problem space• Lead design activities as appropriate across all stages of product design and development• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Senior UX Designer, and engineering team to design compelling experiences driven by data and user research• Collaborate with user researchers, designers, and engineers on research and testing• Advocate for innovative, user-centric, and consistent experiences• Participate in ongoing planning and execution of design initiatives
