Responsibilities
Lead and build a high performance account management team
Train and motivate the Account Management team
Establish excellent relationships with partners through proactive communication
Evaluate, follow up and build reports on team’s portfolio and KPIs
Negotiate promos, marketing activations and improve menu performance
Optimize visibility through marketing actions with partners
Improve revenue through commission renegotiation
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
