Account Manager Lead - Growing Restaurants (They/She/He)
Glovo is a fast-growing multi-category app that connects users with local services. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager Lead to drive growth and improve user experience for our partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead and build a high performance account management team
- Train and motivate the Account Management team
- Establish excellent relationships with partners through proactive communication
- Evaluate, follow up and build reports on team’s portfolio and KPIs
- Negotiate promos, marketing activations and improve menu performance
- Optimize visibility through marketing actions with partners
- Improve revenue through commission renegotiation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
