Skills

Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner and coach to senior leaders.
- Provide expert input on HR policies and employment laws.
- Design strategic HR initiatives based on data analyses.
- Support learning and development processes.
- Monitor employee engagement and retention activities.
Education
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
