THE JOURNEY

  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference;
  • Be a part of a team that works with internal, external and user-facing products and services;
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues;
  • Working together with the enablement team to create and update training materials for users/groups;
  • Creating documentation, maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continue improve currently existing processes;
  • Own your deliverables from start to finish;
  • Deliver high-quality solutions;
  • ​​Participate in high-level technical decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude;
  • 1+ years of relevant experience as Salesforce Administrator;
  • Past experience writing documentation and Importing/Updating/Exporting large datasets using Salesforce DataLoader;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Nice to have but not mandatory: Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as: Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder
