What's the role?


In this position, you’ll work with our customers and Customer Success team. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued business clients, ensuring their workers' compensation needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy.


Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with customers.


This position is full-time and long-term.


You'll be responsible for
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from policyholders regarding workers' compensation coverage, claims, billing, and other policy-related matters.
  • Processing and updating customer information in our agency management system and assign tickets.
  • Researching and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Working collaboratively with account managers and ops team members.
  • Staying up-to-date on workers' compensation laws and regulations.


You'll be a good fit if you have
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Proficient in multitasking in multiple systems and comfortable learning new computer programs.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast paced start-up environment.
