Customer Service RepresentativePosition Title: Customer Service Representative - CSRClassification: Non ExemptGrade: E2Location: RemoteStatus: Must be authorized to work in the USAPay: $13 - $14 p/h, regular, full-time, with benefitsWorking Hours: 10AM – 7PM, Mon – Fri, with an hour lunch, Sat – Sun offCSR – Continuity ProductsWe are seeking an outgoing energetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) This position is responsible for handling a variety of our top accounts including handling inbound calls, outbound calls, email interactions, chat interactions and social media management. All CSR’s will be responsible for maintaining performance metrics associated with their designated assignments.REQUIREMENTS:• High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED)• 5 Years Customer Service Experience (REQUIRED)• 2 Years Call Center Experience (PREFERRED)• Outbound Sales Experience (REQUIRED)• Languages required- English and French(Fluent)• Lead Generation Experience (PREFERRED)• Laptop or desktop (No tablet / No Chrome Books or No iPads)• Mouse / phone (landline preferred) / High Speed Internet• Quiet work areaQUALIFICATIONS:• Enthusiastically assist customers with energy and excitement• Answer the phone with a smile• Active listening skills to best understand client needs• Willingness to work as a strong Team Player• Strong interpersonal skills• Strong communication skills both verbal and written• Comfortable using multiple computer applications at once• Complete understanding that this position will require you to be ready and available for entire shift to answer any calls and all Omni Channels• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multi task• Punctual with strong time management skills and work ethics• Maintain professionalism with all interactions• Proficient typing and data entry skills• Desire to help others• Willingness to work overtime when needed• Must be able to adhere to a high level of security standards in accordance with Company policies and practices.Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Paid time off• Vision insurance• Work from homeShift:• 8 hour shiftEducation:• High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:• Customer service: 5 years (Required)• Call center: 3 years (Required)• Lead generation: 3 years (Required)Work Location: Remote
