Overview:
The Intermediary Wholesaler will provide a competitive advantage to GMO in the marketing of its investment management capabilities to advisor teams working at select Wirehouses and Independent Broker Dealers in the Southeast Region.
The Wholesaler will be responsible for building GMO’s business in a manner that is consistent with GMO’s investment capabilities, goals and culture through the following efforts:
•Construct and execute on a comprehensive, structured calling plan
•Partner closely with other members of the Intermediary Business Development team to proactively identify and create new revenue and business opportunities
•Drive sales of recommended products through regional advisor offices
•Cultivate relationships with key decision makers
•Maintain a strong industry network through conference attendance and other avenues, as well as a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and how it is evolving
•Contribute meaningfully to the growth and diversification of GMO’s revenue base
•Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to curate collateral and events for the advisor client base
•Communicate with various constituents throughout the organization (GMO) to provide market/industry information, education on channel and feedback
