GO Engineer-Order Management

What You'll Do

• As a Backend Developer, you will have the opportunity to design, build, test, maintain, and have a direct and meaningful impact on the roadmap of the client Technology platform.
• You will be responsible for the design and development of backend components of highly scalable eCommerce web and merchandising applications.
• High throughput, distributed multi-region applications and databases.
• Modern libraries and tooling.
• Microservices architecture and development skills.
• Cloud expertise (preferably Azure/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of SQL Database and NoSQL Databases (Yugabytes, Cosmos, Postgres, Cassandra, etc).
• Messaging architectures & development- Kafka or equivalent.
• Building RESTful APIs and a deep understanding of REST principles.
• Working with Docker or similar technologies, GIT, CI/CD, and writing unit/integration tests.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

What You Know

• Must have 10+ years of Experience.
• Strong expertise in the Go language.
• Hands-on experience in API/microservices in Golang or Java.
• Strong experience in NOSQL Database development.
• Public cloud such as Azure.
• Strong expertise in the Go language.
• Hands-on experience as Self-starter with strong initiative, quality deliverables, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in business-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to work with remote offshore teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.

Compensation Band

• $130-140k per year
