Go To Market Enablement Manager (GTM) - Remote

REMOTE /MARKETING – CORPORATE MARKETING /FULL-TIME/ REMOTE


The Go To Market (GTM) Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-pronged enablement program that ensures our teams are equipped and prepared with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating effective enablement programs that demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. They will be responsible for developing enablement and training materials, delivering training sessions, and establishing applied learning and coaching programs and structures that reinforce and drive knowledge retention and consistent performance. They will be a creative problem solver, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. They will have a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategically manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their needs, align on goals and initiatives, and deliver desired outcomes
  • Design and deliver a comprehensive, multipronged GTM enablement program including onboarding, continuous and just-in-time learning, applied learning and reinforcement, coaching, and certification programs
  • Lead the day-to-day management of all GTM enablement activities including content creation and reviews, facilitator preparation, and program management
  • Create e-learning modules, videos, and other enablement materials that are engaging, effective, and drive results 
  • Evaluate engagement and effectiveness of enablement programs with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Create GTM enablement resources, templates, best practice documentation and tools
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to GTM enablement, training and coaching
  • Support the planning and execution of GTM team offsite meetings and enablement sessions with a focus on content development in support of overall enablement objectives
  • Work on broader GTM Enablement and Operations projects or initiatives as requested


Qualifications:


  • 5 years of enablement, learning and development, or go to market experience; preferably in a healthcare or benefits environment
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective enablement programs that demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously 
  • Ability to work independently and work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Independently capable of seeking information in an unstructured environment, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and execute
