GOAT Group is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to provide leadership and direction for all components of compensation, including development, implementation, and management of compensation and equity strategy globally.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction on global compensation and benefits programs and initiatives
Lead compensation and benefits-related system implementations and process improvements
Administer an annual compensation and equity review cycle
Lead equity program design and education
Partner with key business leaders and HR to ensure programs meet business needs
Build communications and change management plans for programs
Oversee leave of absence administration and regulatory compliance
Advise on employment regulations and benefits policies
Develop and review policies related to benefits and compensation
Conduct routine reviews of Total Rewards and Benefits offerings
Coach and develop a team of professionals
Provide leadership to the broader People team
