We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities: • Develop concepts and graphics across a range of media, both in digital and print. • Work as an integral part of the team, ensuring consistent messaging and quality. • Build out web pages and social media assets. • Enforce brand standards and encourage best practices for re-use. • Evaluate process and suggest improvements towards successful execution. • Work within project budgets and timelines. • Optimize assets, keeping in mind the size requirements per specific platform. • Prepare files and communicate with vendors as needed. • Ensure assets are organized and stored in appropriate folders. • Work collaboratively with the agency team to take projects from conception to completion, welcoming feedback. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in design or related field. • Active knowledge of design software and tools. • B2B Experience. • Experience using Wrike and/or similar project management tools is preferred. • Strong presentation skills. • Able to handle multiple high-volume projects at once. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail ensuring high quality work. Compensation: • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. • This client wants to start with a trial period of 3 months and then extend to long-term contract as a full-time contractor, based on performance. • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform. • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
