We're Looking For An: Associate Video Editor, Storytelling to create engaging videos and optimize currently winning ads, specifically in the health & wellness category.
Location: Hybrid (Office in Woodland Hills, CA)
What You'll Be Doing:
• Edit and create short-form video content utilizing stock footage, in-house graphics, and in-house shot footage. Conceptualize and pitch videos to the marketing team. Collaborate with the writers and the marketing team to optimize creatives.
• Edit engaging short-form content for Facebook and YouTube
• Analyze direct marketing trends with creative teams and implement them in videos
• Help craft brand-focused storytelling and elevate aesthetic across all video content in videos of varying lengths both in the edit and on set
• Apply brand guidelines to all videos and introduce new ideas as necessary
• Compile and condense user-generated assets into engaging video content
• Help manage the publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platforms
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
• 1-2+ years video editing experience (required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Premiere and After Effects experience required, with Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator experience
• Familiarity with docu-style video content and Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube ads (required)
• Experience with color grading and audio mixing
• Basic knowledge on media encoding and publishing (required)
• Good sense of composition and aesthetic decision
• Detailed organization and media management skills
• Emphasis on workflow efficiency and optimization
• Excited to work with a cross-functional team to meet goals that help the continued growth of our business
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Able to prioritize efficient workflows for projects
• Has a desire to solve problems, openness to giving and receiving feedback and a hunger to always be improving
• Is able to establish priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Social media data analysis (preferred)
• Experience with UGC content a plus (preferred)
• Passion for lifestyle, health, skincare, and/or pets
• Experience working with Mac and/or PC computers
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs and data entry
• BA or BFA in film studies or related field (preferred)

The base hourly range is $22.55 - $30.10, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
