Goldstrike - Roaster Operator

• Safely, Environmentally and efficient operation of various equipment to include but not limited to carbon-in-column, heap leach pad, HDPE pipe fusing, installing piping and drip lines and other various pieces of equipment
• Safely and efficiently operate various circuits including crushing, grinding, carbon in leach (CIL), RIL, boilers, carbon stripping, elution, carbon refining, reagent handling, roving, and autoclaving
• Understand process flows and equipment fundamentals to properly execute LOTO, & trouble shooting actions as required
• Reagent handling and cleaning-up
• Solution balancing and sampling
• Recording and retrieval of sample data
• Proper handling of potentially hazardous chemicals
• Monitoring solution flows
• Check pumps, valves and leach pad
• Make calculations and adjustments as needed to maintain flows at proper operating levels
• Inspects & checks all other components of systems and equipment regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in other phases of gold ore processing preferred
• Ability to work in changing weather conditions required
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs required
• Ability to walk on uneven ground for a length of time required
• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and work with minimum supervision required
• Ability to stay alert and recognize possible hazardous conditions required
• Proven safe work record with belief and value seen in courageous leadership model required
• Ability to be an initial team member in a growing, fast paced environment required
• Excellent attendance record required
