Senior Manager of Product Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager of Product Operations and Strategy to join our dynamic team. The Sr Mgr. will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives across the organization. This individual will report directly to the CPO and work closely with cross functional teams to develop and execute strategies that optimize the efficiency, enhance customer experience and drive business results.

• Oversee day to day operations, to ensure efficiency accuracy and compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Develop and implement operational best practices to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to drive continuous improvements.
• Manage shared calendar system to coordinate and track deadlines, approval checkpoints ensuring teams adhere to timelines and meeting milestones.
• Monitor and update all cross functional Outlook appointments ensuring the right people are in the right meeting at the right time according to our calendar deadline lines.
• Communicate regularly with team members to provide reminders of upcoming deadlines.
• Drive the execution of strategic projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as a liaison between departments to facilite communication and coordination.
• Lead cross functional projects to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, strategy consulting or related roles.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in fashion industry or consumer goods id a plus.

Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
