Day To Day:- Manage daily sales targets and agency team.
- Act as the main point of contact between agency and internal teams on business changes and pivots.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Work with the marketing brand team to develop paid media support for brand initiatives.
- Keep track of all content deliverables and marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with agency and internal teams to create product focuses driving paid media campaigns.
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms, technology partners, and vendors to stay abreast of new features, tools, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the site team on link building and A/B testing strategies.
- Ensure all of our live products are in stock and communicate product swaps.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in paid media to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
- Create and report weekly/monthly and quarterly paid media performance.
- Manage deadlines and report risks to key stakeholders.
Requirements: - You should have a proven track record of success in a Paid Media manager(or in a similar role).
- Previous experience working in fashion/apparel, or within a similarly regulated industry.
- Strong project management and attention to detail abilities, along with a collaborative and supportive approach to team management and development, are essential.
- Substantial experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and affiliate digital marketing, with advanced proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and tracking.
$80,000 - $85,000 a year
Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
