Compliance & Privacy Manager
Good Inside is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Compliance & Privacy Manager to manage and execute comprehensive solutions and processes that ensure privacy by design. The role requires robust collaboration with cross-functional teams and reports directly to the COO.
Skills
- Privacy compliance program management
- Experience with patents, trademarks, copyrights
- Project management skills
- Familiarity with data privacy laws (CCPA, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience in direct-to-consumer internet companies
Responsibilities
- Lead privacy projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage privacy program maturation and policies
- Review and update external and internal privacy documentation
- Train stakeholders on privacy topics
- Monitor regulatory trends and conduct internal audits
- Manage consumer privacy requests and regulatory concerns
Education
- Additional education within ethics and compliance, legal, or related fields
- Paralegal experience in privacy practice a plus
