If you are looking for a change that would give more work-life balance, even during the tax season, we encourage you to apply today!Tax Manager Benefits And Compensation• Competitive salary ranging from $120K-$170K• Growth opportunities within the firm• Excellent benefit package, including 401(k)• Work-life balance with flex schedule options and regular working hours even during tax season• Generous PTOTax Manager Qualifications And Responsibilities• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar• CPA or similar designation required• 4+ years of tax related experience for a major company or division of a large corporation• Recent supervisory or management experience• Experience with creating and maintaining financial reporting documents including annual, quarterly, and monthly.• Oversee Tax work paper preparation, working closely with the Tax Director to ensure deadlines are met• Experience signing off on 1099 reports before review• Knowledgeable in creating client budgets and overseeing estate planning to ensure compliance• Excellent communication with a team player mentalityAt Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
