Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Create and evolve long-term strategies for SecOps’ systems and infrastructure.• Formulate and realize complex technical outcomes in close collaboration with cross-functional partners and leads across the business unit.• Support product and engineering partners across the Security Operations portfolio while balancing tactical trade offs against long-term opportunities and risks.• Build and lead an inclusive healthy engineering organization with emphasis on employee wellbeing and productivity.• Hire and retain engineering expertise in a wide variety of domains.
