The team will work closely with business, finance, marketing, and product leaders to bring scale and execution excellence against our most strategic priorities globally. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations globally.In this role, you will lead the Strategic Planning and Business Operations team and be responsible for running strategic initiatives, organization-level planning and process, OKRs and goals for the business, and organizational strategy to ensure YouTube’s long-term success. You will partner with business, product, finance, HR, and marketing leadership to advocate and prioritize the needs of the business and execute on complex projectsThe Business Operations and Strategy team at Google plays a critical role in defining and driving strategic, operational and organizational improvements across the company. Also known as "BizOps", the group operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues. BizOps creates strategies for promoting growth of our products like YouTube, Chrome and Mobile. They handle issues around partner development, strategy work in emerging markets such as Africa and India, as well as pricing strategies across our B2B and consumer products. The BizOps team is at the forefront of Google's fast-moving strategic priorities, addressing operational challenges and enabling innovation.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $261,000-$374,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Be responsible for overall strategy, define and secure GTM readiness of execution, and day-to-day leadership of the Strategic Planning, Business Operations, and Executive Office team in the YouTube Business organization.• Drive principled headcount, content acquisition, and OpEx resourcing strategy and analytics to fuel YouTube’s business growth.• Manage business planning and core operations across the organization, optimize processes for speed, efficiency, and flexibility and provide program management as needed (review forums, communications for the teams, managing shifting priorities).• Build rigorous analytical tools and reporting to measure business results and key success metrics, leveraging core systems infrastructure as appropriate and creating new capabilities as required.• Build and cultivate a high-performing team that attracts, retains, and grows excellent and diverse talent.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
