Minimum qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.• Certification in Human Capital Management (HCM) and one of the following modules: Reporting, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, or Absence Management.• 2 years of experience in workday implementation and system configuration.Preferred qualifications:• Experience in Global HR and Payroll (e.g., HCM administration).• Experience in SaaS HR system configuration.• Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.• Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies.• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.About the jobGreat just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources").
