Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive legal support to attorneys on a wide range of legal matters, including research, document review, drafting correspondence, and preparing legal filings.Manage legal projects from initiation to completion, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met.Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
