Senior UX Design Manager, YouTube Trust and Safety

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Understand the business needs and operating environment of Trust and Safety to develop product strategies and roadmaps that allow the team to achieve safety at scale.• Grow a design team while setting new standards in execution excellence, and partner with the UX Research team to identify high impact gaps in knowledge.• Advocate for the efforts of the team, and collaborate across YouTube Trust and Safety, YouTube UX, and Google Trust and Safety to find alignment opportunities and improve products.• Collaborate with the Product Management and Engineering Leaders within YouTube Trust and Safety to make tradeoffs to get the experiences built.• Build relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside of YouTube, to drive user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
