Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: Reston, VA, USA; Washington D.C., DC, USA.Minimum qualifications:• 5 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in sales, customer service, account management, business development or operations, lead generation, or a related field.• 3 years of experience building cleared pipelines and supporting national security agencies.• 3 years of experience working in both public sector industry and commercial technology environments.• Experience working in talent search methodologies, such as Boolean operators, applicant tracking system (ATS) sourcing tools, and specialized online resources, to identify and attract talent.Preferred qualifications:• Experience recruiting cleared talent using specialized job boards or strategic networking events across the public sector industry.• Experience utilizing the latest technological innovations to enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes and optimize the user experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.• Ability to leverage talent mapping research and identify key market trends.• Ability to be comfortable managing diverse client requests simultaneously.• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.• Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SC) Security Clearance.About The JobOur Sourcing Specialists tell the story of Google to the world. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Qualify talent for Google and Public Sector’s business needs by leveraging existing talent pools and creating new ones through market intelligence and various sourcing methods.• Identify, engage, and advise external talent with a focus on creating a compelling direction and opportunity to join Google, and support the GPS business to deliver on customer goals.• Create and drive industry specific sourcing strategies focused on high quality, diversity, process efficiency, and positive client experiences across the public sector.• Work with recruiting partners and hiring managers across the GPS Go-To-Market and Technology organizations to understand the team structure, projects, and anticipate future growth needs.• Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identify alternatives amidst changes, and seek out ways to improve the business.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
