Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Qualify talent for Google and Public Sector’s business needs by leveraging existing talent pools and creating new ones through market intelligence and various sourcing methods.• Identify, engage, and advise external talent with a focus on creating a compelling direction and opportunity to join Google, and support the GPS business to deliver on customer goals.• Create and drive industry specific sourcing strategies focused on high quality, diversity, process efficiency, and positive client experiences across the public sector.• Work with recruiting partners and hiring managers across the GPS Go-To-Market and Technology organizations to understand the team structure, projects, and anticipate future growth needs.• Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identify alternatives amidst changes, and seek out ways to improve the business.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
