Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Utilize user-centered design methods to create exceptional user experiences from initial concept to final implementation.• Lead UX projects taking them from concept to successful launch, ensuring high-quality execution and outcomes.• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to explore and evaluate concepts, support implementation, and drive projects forward.• Communicate design rationale and progress to stakeholders and Workspace leadership securing alignment and buy-in for design decisions.• Influence product direction through effective storytelling to convey a compelling UX goal, securing buy-in from cross-product stakeholders.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
