You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners in order to best represent our users, products and programs.The Google Fi Wireless Business Development team is responsible for defining partner strategy, executing strategic agreements, and managing long-term relationships with the business critical partners that enable the Google Fi business to operate, grow, and innovate.As a Strategic Partner Development Lead for Google Fi, you will establish relationships with Product and Engineering counterparts to drive business, product, and partner strategy while cultivating and executing partnerships with original equipment manufacturer (OEMs) and other related technology partners to support Google Fi product needs and drive business growth. You will be the contact point for multi-year partner agreements as well as the relationship manager for key Google Fi partners.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Build, maintain, and evolve relationships with partners including OEMs, Wi-Fi providers, and other related technology providers.• Discuss agreements with executives, and manage related agreements throughout the life-cycle.• Communicate, collaborate, and work with a broad range of constituents within Google Fi, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX, Legal, and Operations.• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-product area teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis, and develop/communicate final recommendations to executive leaders.• Help to drive product strategy through partner feedback and market insights.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
