Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Health, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience with licensing/partnership agreements with researchers and partnerships with academic medical centers, research labs, healthcare providers, or healthcare third-party integrators. Experience in data science, digital health, medical devices, healthcare environments, managing... internal/external partners/stakeholders. Experience building executive level partner relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Science or Health-related field. Experience and/or technical training in Biological and/or Computer Sciences with experience in clinical settings. Knowledge of Healthcare businesses and ecosystems, private or public sector. Ability to communicate challenges to internal and external audiences. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners in order to best represent our users, products and programs. Google Health Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Development team partners closely with the product, engineering, clinical teams, and executive leadership to help drive overall product and partnership strategy for Google Health AI. We then identify and manage partnerships that power the Google Health AI's product solutions and research projects that enable digital transformation in the Google Health space from initial development and research to ultimate go-to-market of the AI. We work closely with product management, engineering, research, deployment, legal, and other business development (BD) teams to deliver on business objectives. We partner across the health value chain to research institutions, foundations, universities, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and more. The Google Health AI Business Development team drives transformative and ecosystem-enabling partnerships that draw on Google's unique capabilities to catalyze AI adoption in healthcare for the benefit of everyone so that we are a trusted source of partnership everywhere. Google Health has made major advances in healthcare research, such as detecting eye disease more quickly and accurately than experts, planning cancer radiotherapy treatment in seconds rather than hours, and working to detect patient deterioration before it happens with electronic records. Fundamental research is at the core of Google Health - the multidisciplinary team collaborates with partners to publish novel research in renowned scientific journals. They then work to apply this research into the medical field through clinical hardware and products developed in Google. Working alongside colleagues across Google, you'll help make this vision a reality. Responsibilities Drive strategy and partnerships for Google Health AI product and research initiatives. Develop and execute transformative partnership strategies that catalyze AI adoption in healthcare for the benefit of everyone globally. Work cross-functionally to integrate this partnership perspective into the business's overall strategy. Lead and close complex/customized partnerships. Work with executive stakeholders to overcome agreement blockers, execute agreements with partners, communicate with external organizations, and coordinate internally with teams cross-functionally. Influence product and partner strategy and develop go-to-market and business model strategy with the goal of creating a strategically and financially impactful business with your partners. Maintain direct relationships with partners. Salary Range: $100K -- $150K Minimum Qualification Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
