• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with complex project management.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Shorts creators or interest in short-form video content.
• Ability to work with Senior Executives across product areas.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate with, and influence teams across boundaries (cross-product, cross-organization, etc.).
• Excellent data, quantitative, or problem solving skills.
About The Job
As a Strategic Partner Manager for Marketing Platform, you will serve as a critical thought-leader for YouTube and the influencer marketing ecosystem. You require a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, YouTube’s role in growing and shaping the landscape, and a passion for fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with influencer marketing agencies. You will identify industry trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide strategic guidance to internal teams to scale brand agreements on YouTube, with a specific emphasis on YouTube Shorts. You will require strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional collaborations. You will demand cross-functional leadership across multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Partnerships, and more.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key leaders within influencer marketing agencies and SaaS platforms.
• Develop a deep understanding of YouTube’s products, policies, and strategic goals related to influencer marketing.
• Create and implement structured educational and training programs for influencer marketing agencies to maximize the value of YouTube Shorts.
• Work closely with internal teams across Strategic Partner Managers, legal, product, marketing, sales, operations, and strategy to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner initiatives.
• Advocate for the needs of influencer marketing agencies within YouTube.
