Responsibilities:
- Build platforms that improve collaboration and productivity that are used by all Googlers as well as keeping Googlers and visitors physically safe in Google offices and Datacenters.
- Manage complex, cross functional software engineering programs and projects end-to-end including communicating schedules, priorities, status, and risks to all levels in the company.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and key stakeholders across Data Centers, Global Security and Resilience, Real Estate and Workplace Services, and Enterprise Infrastructure Protection to plan, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Lead high-profile, cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery of key milestones and projects. This includes building, orchestrating, and managing program functions, timelines, and workflows.
- Develop and implement scalable processes, define and monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve service health.
