This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: Austin, TX, USA; Boulder, CO, USA; Chicago, IL, USA.Minimum qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.• 10 years of strategy consulting experience or financial/value engineering in driving business transformation and technology strategy for C-Level executives in enterprises at global scale.• 10 years of experience delivering customer-facing engagements for technology enabled change and product developmentPreferred qualifications:• MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields with relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.• Certified in one or more cloud certifications (e.g. Google Cloud Digital Leader, FinOps Certified Practitioner).• Experience working with C-Level leaders across business and technology to deliver business transformation and achieve value realization from cloud technology investment.• Experience leading teams, including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development, support pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of complex consulting engagements.About The JobIn this role, you will work directly with Google’s most strategic business customers and provide business value consulting, transformation, and cloud financial management expertise, while engaging with customers to accelerate their innovation and transformation to Google Cloud. You will develop compelling offerings and go-to-market initiatives through collaboration across delta practices, Professional Services Organization (PSO), Sales, and Google Cloud Consulting Account Leads to generate pipeline, wins, and cloud consumption by aligning on key business priorities and goals through a well thought out customer success plan. You will support the development of highly-specialized products and services for Google Cloud customers through leading business model design, pricing strategy, and cost assessment for customer projects. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, guiding their immediate and long-term direction and results.You will work collaboratively with the rest of Google Cloud and across Google in maintaining long-term productive partnerships and you must be able to take a broad direction and can make structured action plans to execute that direction. This will involve developing robust strategies for realizing value from technology investments, encompassing business growth, customer experience improvement, product development, cost and operational efficiencies, and risk mitigation.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Lead the development and refinement of our delta value realization proposition, ensuring it resonates with target customers and differentiates us in the market.• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders at a strategic level to gain insights into their unique challenges and business goals.• Manage and lead the implementation of the value realization initiatives to ensure customers harness the full potential of our solutions by establishing metrics and KPIs.• Deliver and lead delta projects including cross-functional team members, and engage directly with customers.• Develop compelling and data-driven financial models that illustrate the business value and overall cost of ownership associated with Artifical Intelligence (AI)-powered industry solutions.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
