Whether finding new ways to capture and sense the world around us, advancing form factors, or improving interaction methods, the Devices & Services team is making people's lives better through technology.Additional Information:The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.ResponsibilitiesBe accountable for mission critical programs, integrating the design process from concept to measurement, and addressing emerging user needs through innovative solutions and experimentation.Develop and advocate for long-term user-centered product and co-design strategies, aligning design strategy with product goal and making informed decisions on design principles, systems, methods, and introducing new approaches when necessary.Expand product area-level leaders thinking by providing alternative perspectives that test paradigms and foster innovation.Influence and align product area-level leaders perspectives around UI, UX, or product strategy for a cohesive and user-centered approach.Serve as a leader in Google's UX design principles, driving user-centered product development methodologies, and facilitating collaboration among users, teams, and cross-functional leadership.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
