Expanding at a rapid pace, Gopuff is seeking to hire an HR Partner to join the East Coast People Operations Field Team. This unique individual contributes to the company's performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of business objectives. The successful candidate is customer-obsessed, a change agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong relationship-building skills combined with effective listening and communication skills. The HR Business Partner will report to the Director of People Operations. Responsibilities Partner with field operations to develop employees in order to drive our strategic priorities Provide coaching to leaders on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management, employee development, and performance management Proactively identify and address employee concerns in a timely manner Conduct timely employee... relations investigations and make recommendations on the appropriate course of action in partnership with the key stakeholders Be a brand and employee advocate who enables change and innovation in order to create best-in-class teams Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc. Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualificationsShow full descriptionCollapse
