A thriving private practice is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse patient population. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Provide telehealth services as needed.
- Maintain professional and ethical counseling practices to uphold our reputation.
- Adhere to organizational policies and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of treatment planning and documentation.
- Cultural competency and the ability to work with diverse populations.
