We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health challenges, employing a range of therapeutic modalities. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to our patients, supporting them in embracing holistic approaches to wellness.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 a year plus full benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Active Washington state licensure as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
Must have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
