Position Overview
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Active LICSW license in California
- 1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Proficiency in assessments and treatment planning
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Understanding of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standard
