Position Overview: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through various emotional and relational challenges. You’ll conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Your empathetic nature and expertise will contribute to a healing environment, enabling clients to build resilience and achieve their personal goals.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health and relational concerns.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based treatment strategies to help clients manage issues such as addiction, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment goals, and progress.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to share insights and refine therapeutic approaches, ensuring holistic care.

· Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

· Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

· Must have experience working with older adults

· Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
