We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team as a full-time or part-time contractor. As a therapist at our center, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals seeking support and guidance.

Position Overview

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' individual goals
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address clients' mental health concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in the field of mental health therapy

  • Master's degree in counseling, marriage family therapy, or similar field
  • Current and unrestricted VT state license MFT
  • Experience in a outpatient practice setting is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team
  • Understanding of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards
