Full time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

We invite you to apply for the position of Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our well-respected and accredited practice. You will work closely with primary medical and behavioral health teams to deliver holistic care to our patients. Our outpatient program focuses on promoting recovery, improving quality of life, and strengthening connections within the community and family support systems.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support to clients through individual and group sessions.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide immediate support to clients in distress.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, or presentations on mental health topics for the community or specific groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
