Physical Therapist (Orthopedic)

Full-time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our expanding rehabilitation team. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve optimal health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and innovative training programs. In this role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.


Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits and health insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patients Volume is 1-2 per hour
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
  • Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
  • Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies
  • Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
  • Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
  • Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
