As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), your pivotal role is centered on advancing our revenue growth.
Your mission involves formulating and implementing strategies to enhance market presence, lead customer success, improve customer acquisition, grow photographers and improve their KPIs, and optimize revenue streams. As the CRO, you are a key contributor to shaping GotPhoto's future, emphasizing sustainable business growth and fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
Your primary responsibilities include leading our Sales and Customer Success teams in the US and Europe, specifically focusing on Sales-Led activities for our medium to large-sized photographers.
You aim to build a customer experience rooted in human interaction, reinforcing a customer-centric culture through support for photographers to enhance their success with our services.
Crucially, you are instrumental in defining our image for current and future high-value customers. Your strategic influence extends to both present and upcoming markets.
This role is not just about revenue growth; it's about constructing a lasting legacy for GotPhoto in the global marketplace.
Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
Customer Success: Lead and inspire our customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Active Management Team Member: Be part of the GotPhoto Management Team and lead the company together with our C-Level Team.
Build Strong Alliances: Working in partnership with Marketing, OPS and Product on delivering our growth goals within our Sales Led motion.
Sales Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs, providing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize revenue-generating activities.
Experience selling a SaaS solution to SMBs (defined as a SaaS solution with ACV in the $4,000 - $50,000 range, primarily in an inside sales environment). Demonstrated experience achieving quota in that role.
Experience managing a globally distributed sales team of no less than 20 reps selling a SaaS solution to SMBs. Experience growing a globally distributed sales team selling a SaaS solution to SMBs to 30 or more reps. Demonstrated experience hitting quota in that role.
Proven success in building a new market category and scaling revenue streams of a growth-stage business between $20M-$100M ARR+.
Highly entrepreneurial, can be a Player/Coach who can up-level the team, distill a complex/data-heavy message to customers, and is open to change management.
Experience managing and/or merging teams, brought together through acquisition, together after merger.
A passion and proven ability to implement world-class processes across revenue teams to be the connective tissue for the entire org, and drive efficiency and productivity in doing so.
Able to install training programs for various teams within the revenue organization, in an effort to upskill the team and drive business growth.
Organized leader with the ability to build innovative revenue models and strike a strong balance between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Customer Success Expertise: Proven ability to build scalable training, adoption and KPI optimization processes for customers to drive growth.
