Our commitment to community involvement and employee satisfaction has resulted in low turnover and a positive work environment.Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role can be tailored to either inside or outside sales, depending on the candidate's strengths and preferences. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a passion for equipment sales and a drive to expand our market presence.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers• Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on equipment selection• For outside sales: Travel within the assigned territory to visit potential clients and attend industry events• For inside sales: Manage incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at our dealership• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product line• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistentlyRequirements:• Proven sales experience in the agricultural or construction equipment industry• Track record of developing territories and building a client base from the ground up• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently• Knowledge of farming practices and/or construction operations is a plusWhat We Offer:• Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, plus bonus opportunities• Comprehensive benefits package• Company vehicle for work use (for outside sales role)• Established book of business to build upon• Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company• Supportive and respectful work environmentIf you're ready to join a respected, family-oriented business with a strong growth trajectory, we want to hear from you.
