The ideal Agronomy Dispatch candidate will combine a solid foundation in agriculture and logistics with exceptional communication and multitasking abilities.Agronomy Dispatcher duties and responsibilities:• Coordinate Deliveries: Schedule and manage the timely delivery of agronomy products and services.• Be the Hub: Act as the key liaison between clients, field staff, and operations, keeping everyone informed and issues resolved.• Optimize Logistics: Manage transportation and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to schedules.• Keep Records: Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery logs using advanced software.• Support Clients: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and solving problems quickly.• Ensure Safety: Enforce safety standards during all dispatch and delivery operations.Agronomy Dispatcher Qualifications:• Prior experience in dispatch or logistics within agriculture is highly valued.• Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication abilities, plus tech-savviness with dispatch tools.• Understanding of agronomy/grain operations, products and agricultural practices is a plus.• A proactive problem-solver with a calm demeanor under pressure.• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in agronomy, agriculture, logistics, or related fields is a bonus.Agronomy Dispatcher compensation:• Competitive salary based on your expertise.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and career development opportunities.Interested in this opportunity?
