Litigation Attorney - (All Levels) Minneapolis, Minnesota!Seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys! We currently have openings available for attorneys at various levels. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent civil litigation experience to be considered, but we also welcome mid-to-senior-level attorneys to apply. We are keenly interested in attorneys with expertise across a broad spectrum of civil litigaiton practice areas. If you're looking for a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and advancement, and an environment that promotes work-life balance, don't hesitate to apply today!Responsibilities:• Provide independent case support.• Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys.• Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses.• Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys.• Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.• Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions.• Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses.• Participate in court hearings and mediations.• Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.• Deliver exceptional service to all clients.Qualifications:• Licensed in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar.• Two or more years of civil litigation experience.• Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload.• Strong research and writing skills.• Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.• Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail.• Strong communication and time management skills.Benefits:• Competitive compensation package including a robust bonus structure.• Medical, dental, vision insurance (available the first month after 30 days of full-time employment).• Basic & Supplemental Life Insurance.• Disability (STD & LTD).• 401K plan with 3% employer contribution.• Paid Time Off.• Collegial work environment• Opportunities for growth and advancementPlease note: Compensation is dependent on experience and location and may differ from the indicated pay range.If you are thinking of making a change and want to learn more, reach out to Carolina Ries at carolina.ries@gogpac.com or call/text 605-679-4241.
